Swedish Style Sauna
Our sauna is designed to support recovery, relaxation, and nervous system regulation. It can help ease muscle tension, promote circulation, and give you space to slow down after training or as part of your weekly wellbeing routine. Sessions must be booked in advance and used safely.



ICE BATH
Our ice bath is designed to support recovery, resilience, and mental focus. Cold exposure can help reduce muscle soreness, refresh the body, and build tolerance to discomfort in a controlled setting. Sessions must be booked in advance and used safely, especially if you have any relevant health conditions.
